Founded by mates Cal Fernie and Tobi Fox, Arlo serves as a versatile hub for creating unique culinary experiences. Collaborating with communities, like-minded brands, and partners, Arlo offers a range of services, including event solutions, creative marketing, and culinary services, all designed to bring people together and elevate every occasion. Cal Fernie - Creative Director / Executive Producer

Cal Fernie brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in the fashion industry and creative arts. As the driving force behind ARLO’s messaging, marketing, and media, Cal plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's distinct creative vision.

With expertise in event management and styling, he’s instrumental in curating ARLO’s visual and experiential identity. His diverse portfolio includes collaborations with iconic names like Lalia Gohar, Scaperilli, Paco Rabanne, Haider Ackermann, Helmut Lang, and the CFDA Awards, among others.

Cal’s unique ability to blend high-fashion sensibility with innovative event design continues to set the tone for ARLO’s forward-thinking approach to creativity and style.

Tobi Fox - Head Chef / Culinary Director

Tobi Fox began his culinary journey in Sydney’s top restaurants, including Café Paci, Fratelli Paradiso, and 10 William Street, before refining his skills in New York City’s dynamic food scene at the Michelin-starred Estela under renowned chef Ignacio Mattos.

Tobi is now leading a series of global pop-ups, bringing his expertise to kitchens worldwide. His collaborations include prestigious venues such as Early June in Paris, Numeroventi in Florence, Tasca Pete in Lisbon, and Bar Buci in Sydney. He’s also applying his knowledge in consulting, most recently assisting Sea Sea Hotel in Crescent Head develop new systems and menus.

Driven by exploration, adaptation, and innovation, Tobi continuously gathers diverse experiences, channeling his creative energy into both the culinary and artistic direction of Arlo.
