Tobi

Founded by two friends, Tobi Fox and Cal Fernie. Cal works across fashion, media, and brand production. With a career spanning photography, creative direction, and content, he has developed a deep fluency in how brands communicate - what makes an image land, a story resonate, and an experience feel considered. Tobi is a chef and culinary creative shaped by years in some of the world's most respected kitchens. Driven by a curiosity for culture and technique, his menus are researched, felt, and built to tell a story from the first bite to the last. Together, they founded ARLO out of a shared conviction that food, design, and culture belong in the same room.

Production

We create gatherings, brand activations, private dinners, retreats, and communal experiences. From concept to execution, we handle design, sourcing, and on-site execution, creating experiences that bring people together through good food and thoughtful detail.

We craft visual stories through in-house motion, photography and graphic design, while also collaborating with a global network of trusted creatives tailored to any mood or moment. Whether documenting the atmosphere of a dinner or developing a full creative campaign, our work is grounded in strong visuals, honest storytelling, and a deep sense of place.

Culinary Direction

With over six years of hands-on experience in kitchens around the world ,including remote and challenging locations, our culinary consultancy offers guidance tailored to each venue. We bring refreshed direction in menu development, kitchen operations, and team training, focused on creating authentic, memorable experiences that reflect the unique character of each space.

Programming

This service encompasses the curation and delivery of programs that bring cultural relevance to life through dining experiences, collaborations, and live moments, working closely with artists, musicians, designers, and local creatives.
